Information we collect
- Enquiries: when you send an enquiry, we collect the contact and business information you provide (your name, email, phone if you give it, company, and your message) so we can respond and manage the conversation.
- Client accounts: for clients we work with, the people who sign in (name and email), the company’s sites, orders, plans, service visits, documents and requests.
- Visitor numbers: the website counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses with the counts.
- Security: to protect sign-in, the website keeps a short log of failed sign-in attempts with the address they came from.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess service suitability, maintain operational records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in answering and managing enquiries, and the contract with clients we work with.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery. We never sell your information. We keep enquiries for 12 months and then review them, and client records for as long as we work together and as the law requires (for example, invoices for six years).
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@femajgroup.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
